Visual Resources Assessment

Officially titled "An Assessment of the Visual Resources of Cape Elizabeth, Maine," the Visual Resources Assessment was completed by a volunteer committee in 1989. It inventories and ranks the town's scenic views and establishes a methodology for evaluating the impact of development on new views. The report is available for purchase in the Planning Office.
