Starting Thursday August 11, 2010,  Eastman Road will be open for local traffic only between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  It is anticipated that the project could last three weeks.

A large forced sewer main is being installed in the roadway.  "To insure safety for all it is best to limit traffic on this road while construction is taking place," said Police Chief Neil Williams.

 The contractor, Saco River, apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the construction and hopes by limiting traffic the project will be completed on time, Williams said.
