Survey asks residents to comment on satisfaction with municipal Web site
Continuing its efforts to communicate electronically with residents, the Town is conducting an evaluation of this Web site. Part of that evaluation is a customer satisfaction survey.
The survey is open-ended, providing an opportunity for those served by the municipal Web site to comment on positive aspects, and to offer suggestions for improvement.
Comments received will be published along with the survey question.

Comments will also be accepted by e-mail sent to the Town webmaster.
The Web site evaluation is one of the objectives of the Town Council's communications working group, which met this spring to identify ways to maintain or enhance electronic communications with residents. As a result of some of this work, the council adopted an updated set of guidelines for the Web site and for CETV, the town's public access television channel; and, established news feeds for frequently updated content on the municipal Web site.
