School begins enrollment planning early

Pond Cove Elementary School is beginning kindergarten registration for the 2009-10 school year.

Typically kindergarten registration begins in January, but because enrollment projections are so important in budget planning, school officials said they are beginning kindergarten registration now.

Parents of children who will be 5 years old by Oct. 15, 2009, and will attend kindergarten at Pond Cove in the 2009-10 school year, are asked to please contact the school, 207-799-7339, as soon as possible.
