3. Consultant scope of services. (To be distributed at meeting)
4. Committee abutter meetings. The committee should discuss how to determine
who will meet with abutters and when that will begin. The committee may also
want to agree on a public participation plan.
5. Draft Status Report to Town Council.
6. Agenda for next meeting. Does the committee want to take a month off this
summer and hold the next meeting on August 27th?
