PLANNING BOARD AGENDA

The Cape Elizabeth Planning Board will hold a workshop on Tuesday, October 7, 2008, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Jordan Conference Room, Town Hall.

7:00     1.         Pipken Private Accessway Permit. Allen Pipken, represented by James D. Nadeau LLC Land Surveyors, would like to discuss a Private Accessway Permit for creation of a new lot located at 22 Eastman Rd (U27-4).

7:25     2.         Shoreland Zoning Amendments. The Planning Board will begin to discuss amendments to the Town’s Shoreland Zoning regulations to bring them into compliance with the State Mandatory Shoreland Zoning Law.
