The Conservation Commission will hold a site inspection for Great Pond Board Walk Project on Monday, July 21, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Meet at Kettle Cove Take-Out & Dairy (2 Bowery Beach Road).

2. Minutes of: July 8, 2008 meeting ( to be distributed at meeting)
3. Correspondence:

Loosestrife Report from C. Haas
4. Great Pond Trail/Bridge project. Three proposals for replacement of the Great Pond boardwalk and bridge have been submitted and representatives of each of the companies will be attending to answer questions from commission members. A proposal for construction of stone steps will also be considered.
5. Executive Session to discuss acquistion/disposal of land. The Commission will go into executive session to discuss possible acquisition/disposition of land.
6. Winnick Woods. The Commission has scheduled a ribbon cutting ceremony at Winnick Woods on September 25th, 5:30 p.m. and will discuss preparations for that event.
7. Trail Evaluation project. The commission will begin to discuss an inventory of maintenance work required on town trails and a proposal for how that work will be accomplished. See attached maintenance list.
8. Planning Board Meeting. The draft agenda is attached.
9. Monthly Trail Walk.
10. Adjourn meeting. The next Conservation Commission meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 14, 2008.
